Tadeusz Rycharski is a consultant of UNDP and UN Global Compact (representation of UN in Poland). Former Mayor of Kamienna Góra, vice-Mayor of Lubawka, vice-District Administrator of Kamienna Góra County (Polish powiat). He supervised the works associated with development of more than 100 analyses of indicators of sustainable development for the following cities in Poland: Warszawa, Płock, Słupsk, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie and the municipalities of Górna Narwia. He was a member of the crew that was developing the sets of indicators of sustainable development upon a request of the Minister of Environment. Coordinator of projects funded by financial resources of the European Union. Under his supervision there was developed (among other things) the strategy of development of the Wrocław County. He has got a university education of law and economics.

Dagmara Helena Gęborys is a graduate from Department of Law, Administration and Economics at University of Wrocław and Management Studies in the field of management and finances at Wrocław University of Economics. She is continuing the 2nd level of studies (M.A. studies). She has led many business projects, gained the funds from the EU, managed their use in investment projects. Moreover, Mrs Gęborys has dealt with business consulting (finances, law, investment projects).
